"I was given what appeared to me to be a most thorough examination, (after referral under the NHS for a problem eye), conducted in a friendly and professional manner, and which I suspect went beyond what was strictly required due to the nature of the optician, who gave the impression that he could not finish the investigation until he was personally satisfied. A rare trait these days, and much appreciated."
