Also the staff are really helpful too. It's like a little family. I love going and I know I will be well looked after from the test to choosing my glasses. The bonus is you also get a cup of tea. I travel 80 miles round trip to use T&E opticians."

"Very relaxed and welcoming approach by all the staff I met. Offered coffee/tea as I was a tad early. Staff did not rush but were knowledgeable and attentive. First time ever that I found a frame that suited me after a staff member suggested selecting a rimless frame. All in all a very good experience which I could not fault."
